Borders, is my second, studio recorded EP. The first, self titled, 'Cara Means Friend', was recorded back in 2016. In the 3 years, between the two recordings, I have been graced, with some wonderful life experiences, through creating music and blessed, with some valuable, life lessons. My journey between the recordings, has been one of twists and turns, largely ups and the occasional down but each direction, the needle on the compass, directed me, has mainly, been based on, gut feeling, vibration, resonance and an overwhelming sense, to fill, a good life, with heartfelt stories, inspired people, an abundance of love and creation, through music, which is and has always been my constant!

These recordings, catch, just a bit of, the noise in my head and the love in my heart.
